Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
User Data Deletion
If you have signed up into Avyaas for online learning which is supported by Ayata Inc., Ayata Inc. acts as data controller. In this case, we will delete the Avyaas data (scores) upon request (via email to email@example.com), upon closure of your account, or after two years of inactive usage.
Once requested, the data is deleted from the system and cannot be recovered by any users or Avyaas employees after this point. Data which has been deleted or otherwise destroyed can not be recovered at any time. Sufficient warning is given to the account user before data are permanently deleted.
Data may still remain in the systems back-up files, which will be deleted periodically. We undertake to perform the deletion within one month (30 calendar days) and will not send you any confirmation once the information has been deleted. Wherever possible, we will aim to complete the request in advance of the deadline.
In order to delete the user data, users can access the option in following ways
- 1. Navigate to user settings.
- 2. Click on Delete Account
- 3. Upon the modal pop-up, confirm to delete your account.
